Reinsulate.com.au provides professional insulation removal, cleaning, mould treatment, and installation services throughout Victoria, Australia. Our services include:

  • Insulation removal and disposal
  • Vacuum cleaning of roof cavities
  • Mould treatment and prevention
  • Asbestos insulation removal (licensed)
  • New insulation installation
  • Free property inspections
  • Emergency services

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Free Inspections

We offer free property inspections to assess insulation needs. Inspections are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 Service Bookings

All service bookings require a confirmed appointment time. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational requirements.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on property size, accessibility, insulation type, and other factors discovered during inspection.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and approved credit cards. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Emergency callouts outside business hours
  • Additional materials required
  • Extended work hours
  • Special disposal requirements
  • Travel outside standard service areas

5. Safety and Compliance

5.1 Safety Standards

We maintain strict safety standards and comply with all relevant Australian safety regulations. Our team is trained in safe work practices and uses appropriate personal protective equipment.

5.2 Licensing and Insurance

We hold all necessary licenses and insurance coverage for insulation removal and installation services in Victoria. Certificates are available upon request.

5.3 Asbestos Handling

Our team is licensed to handle asbestos-containing materials. All asbestos removal is conducted in accordance with Victorian WorkSafe regulations and disposed of at approved facilities.

6. Property Access and Preparation

Customers must provide safe and clear access to work areas. This includes:

  • Clearing access to roof cavities and work areas
  • Securing pets and children away from work zones
  • Providing power access if required
  • Notifying us of any known hazards or structural issues

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship for all insulation installation services. This covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from external factors or normal wear and tear.

7.2 Product Warranty

Insulation products carry manufacturer warranties as specified by the product manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of business or profits
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
  • Issues arising from customer failure to follow our recommendations

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
