Eligibility Questions

Only Class 1 & 2 dwellings under the National Construction Code are eligible. Commercial buildings, garages and sheds are not included.

Unit, flat, or apartment (Class 2)

New builds and properties with extensions completed within the past five years are not eligible under the VEU insulation activity.

The rebate applies to uninsulated or under-insulated ceiling spaces only. Underfloor and wall insulation are not included.
